This bread uses both natural levain and a small amount of commercial yeast. There is as a significant percentage of Farmer Ground's "Half-White" bread flour. With this high extraction flour the bran is removed during the milling process, but the flavorful and nutritious germ of the wheat is retained. This gives the interior a slight brownish-gray color compared to a conventional baguette.
She-Wolf bakes bread fresh every day. Your bread will be baked on the day you specify for pick-up and will be delivered to Marlow & Daughters at noon.
The last day to order bread is Monday, November 25th. Bread will be available throughout the week of Thanksgiving on a first come, first served basis.
